Dream Theater is a playful, engaging and all inclusive group experience where we explore dreams together in a supportive and curious environment. Instead of trying to “figure out” your dream, we step into the different characters, images, and moments in the dream and see what they might have to say.

The process is often surprising, insightful, and sometimes even funny. Dreams have a way of revealing things we didn’t know we knew.

You don’t need to be good at remembering dreams or have any prior experience—just bring your curiosity and a sense of adventure!
