🌈 Yoga for Kids — 6 Week Series

Give your child the gift of movement, confidence, and calm in this playful and nurturing 6-week yoga series for kids ages 5 and up.

Through fun and engaging classes, children will be introduced to the fundamentals and joys of yoga in a supportive environment where curiosity and creativity are encouraged.

Our wonderful teachers, Miss Jeanette and Miss Kat, will guide students through:

✨ Playful movement and yoga poses
✨ Simple breath awareness
✨ Relaxation and mindfulness
✨ Gentle focus and self-awareness

Each class is designed to help kids build body awareness, develop focus, and experience the joy of connecting with themselves and others — all while having fun!

This series is perfect for children who are new to yoga as well as those who already love to move and explore.
