5 classes/week from November 4th through January 5th. Any class on the in-person or virtual scheudle counts toward your 5 classes. Monday - Sunday.
The Challenge, practice Yoga in the studio/virtual class 3x/week for 30 days and meditate every day.
Join Heather for a 30 day challenge where we aim to learn how to turn inwards, reflect with compassion, get grounded and how to get back there when we inevitably fall out again. This challenge ends on the Winter solstice which marks the begnning of the season to rest, digest, and nuture our inner soil and plant seeds to grow in Spring. This challenge includes weekly practie, short daily morning meditations, 4 walks and meditation sits at the river, and 4 emails sent out weekly to guide and inspire you along the way.

What's included:
4 Recorded, gudied meditations we do for 1 week each.
1 weekly email from Heather with journal prompts to explore the principles meditation, inner gardening, intention setting, and practices for spriitual awakening
1 outdoor walk/meditation at the river with Heather per week on Sunday's before class.
At the end of this program you’ll be able to create and execute an intelligently sequenced class. You’ll have a greater understanding of the body as a whole and how it functions in order to give yourself and your future students a practice that serves the individual's greatest good, and you’ll have gained the tools necessary to walk towards a life with more balance, empathy, and authenticity.
