Our bodies are made up of frequencies and just like a guitar they can get out of tune. By simply allowing our bodies to relax and be submersed in coherent frequencies they can be retuned and aligned so we may move through our days more grounded and at peace.
Stephanie creates an immersive experience that promotes relaxation and mindfulness through meditation and healing vibrations using 432 hz crystal singing bowls, an array of tuning forks, and/or medicine drum.
