
Boston summers are short so we're giving you a mid-week reason to get outside and enjoy the weather! Join us outdoors on Fan Pier Green for an energizing and grounding Yoga Flow session. Flow through a series of dynamic poses designed to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness while connecting with the energy of the Seaport. This class has the best backdrop and you won't want to miss it!
This is an all-levels class. Please bring a mat and water bottle.
Class will not be held on days of inclement weather, let's hope for lots of sunny Wednesdays this year!
