Mom Talk is small intimate therapist-led group for moms of kids of all ages. Becoming a mother can be both the most amazing and most difficult journey to be on. Mom Talk will be a time where you can hear other's experiences in combination with Julia’s perspective as therapist to help you celebrate the joys as well as to understand and how to shift any self-critical thinking to be more empowered and self-compassionate.

We will be showing: Practical Magic
While women
make up half of the population, they are the leads in only about a
third of Hollywood stories. We’re closing that gap with our free
movie night series, highlighting women as they truly are: the stars
of their own stories and the unsung heroines in the lives of many
others.
We invite you
to join us for an evening where women take center stage.
Arrivals are open as soon as 5:45, for time to mingle, take & share snacks and settle in. The movie will begin shortly after 6:00p!

“At Nourish Holistic Health & Nutrition, LLC, it is our mission to help each and every person feel their best. We use a combination of whole-food nutrition, lifestyle changes, and various well-being practices to allow your body the ability to thrive. We believe that what you put in, you will get back in return, in all aspects of your life.
We believe in the bio-individuality of each and every person we meet. This means that we need to ditch the “one size fits all” mentality when it comes to what we eat. Remember this... everybody is different and every BODY is different.”
