Surrender to Stillness
Join Sherri Keenan for a lovely afternoon of deep rest and renewal at Wendy Fit Yoga and Pilates. Sink into serenity, Surrender to Stillness and let yourself be held ~ body, mind, and spirit.
We’ll begin with a fully supported restorative yoga practice, using pillows, bolsters, blankets, sandbags, and soothing Reiki to melt away tension. Then, you’ll be gently lifted into aerial hammocks for a deeply nourishing floating Yoga Nidra, surrendering into a dreamlike state of peace and trust.
