Sound Bath with Yin Yoga

Unwind deeply with a restorative journey that combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of a sound bath. This immersive experience begins with a series of long-held, floor-based Yin postures designed to release tension in the connective tissues, enhance flexibility, and encourage inner stillness. As you settle into each pose, you're enveloped by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments, guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation and energetic balance.

No prior yoga experience is needed—this practice is accessible for all levels. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and harmonized in body, mind, and spirit.

Reiki I - Usui Holy Fire III

Reiki is a beautiful life-force energy given to us as a gift to renew and heal ourselves. In this one day class, you will be attuned to Reiki energy, connecting you to this incredible source of love. You will be opened to the flow of Reiki enabling you to channel its energy to yourself. You will be taught how to channel this divine gift to come from the light above, through your heart, and out your hands.

This beginning Reiki I class is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata (Japanese style), and an introduction to Reiki from an Eastern perspective (India). On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others.

This workshop includes Holy Fire III Reiki I attunement certificates, the complete manual for Reiki I & II, “Reiki The Healing Touch” by William Rand.

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time.

Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system.
