In this workshop Joy will cover the basics of utilizing your entire shoe - from toe box to heel - to cultivate a new style of dance.
You’ll learn how to glide and work all edges of your shoes, beginning with ankle conditioning and mobility work, then moving on to low flow choreography and heel glides.
