Reiki
is an ancient form of energy healing that encourages balance,
harmony, and renewal. Like restorative yoga, it works on physical,
emotional and spiritual levels to replenish the body’s energy
systems, leaving you feeling nourished and deeply
rejuvenated.
During
this workshop you'll enjoy blissful restorative yoga poses
supported by blankets, bolsters and blocks to allow the body and
mind to completely relax. The lights are low and soft soothing
music plays in the background as Reiki Master, Ellen Dragonette,
moves around the room giving each attendee one-on-one Reiki
healing. Space is limited to 6 attendees, so

Instructor Ellen Dragonette is a lead teacher at Yana Yoga. She is an E-RYT (experienced, registered yoga teacher) and a Reiki Master. She specializes in gentle and restorative yoga and has additional training in Yin Yoga.

Reiki is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy. It is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice.
ABOUT LEVEL I PRACTITIONER TRAINING
In Reiki Level 1, you will learn the traditional Usui methods of practicing Reiki and will be equipped with the necessary tools to use it on yourself and others. No experience is necessary to take Level 1.

ABOUT LEVEL II PRACTITIONER TRAINING
Level II is where you begin to expand your healing and awareness with more focus on healing others. You will be introduced and attuned to the first three Reiki symbols that empower you to access and use specific Reiki energy frequencies. The Reiki symbols allow the practitioner to connect more deeply to the universal energy, as well as draw on the qualities that the symbols represent. These symbols intensify your energy flow and facilitate mental, emotional and long-distance healing. Completion of level 1 is required prior to enrollment. You are welcome to join us for Level 2 without attending our Level 1 class if you’ve already completed Level 1 elsewhere. Just provide a copy of your Level 1 certificate.
