Take time this Autumn for yourself, to release old patterns
and open to gratitude – Experience physical, emotional, and
spiritual healing through the powerful combination of yin yoga
& sound immersion using singing bowls and other vibrational
sounds.
Gratitude is the simple practice of noticing and appreciating
what is around us. It’s easy to fall into the trap of the “lack
mindset,” where everything seems awful and difficult. While hard
times are inevitable, it’s likely that you have more in your life
to be thankful for than you realize. This gratitude yin series will
help you open your heart and cultivate a sense of peace and
gratitude. In addition to heart-opening yin yoga postures, we’ll
also work through some gratitude affirmations.
It will be a beautiful opportunity to open the mind, body and
spirit to a sense of gratitude in the moment ... a practice to
carry you through the holiday season.
After practice, tea and snacks will be served to ground you
and build community.
