Join us for Tea & Dharma, a heartfelt yoga community gathering where we sip tea, share insights, and explore pathways of conscious expansion and spiritual growth. Rooted in the spirit of satsangha—a gathering in truth—this monthly offering opens space for deep conversation, reflection, and connection.
Each gathering will center around a theme that invites inquiry and transformation. In this gentle, heart-centered Tea & Dharma gathering we step into the New Year with intention and presence. Together we’ll reflect and explore what it means to orient our lives toward the frequencies of love, stability, and prosperity.
In this space, prosperity is understood not as accumulation, but as alignment—a felt sense of being supported by life, connected to purpose, and rooted in spirit. This is not about resolutions or striving, but about setting a tone—attuning to inner wisdom, steady ground, and a loving relationship with what is unfolding.
Bring your open heart, your presence, and your favorite tea mug. All are welcome.
Ready to take your belly dance journey to the next level? This 8-week mixed-level series is designed for dancers with some prior experience or those who have completed the foundational course. We'll build on core techniques with more challenging combinations, layered movements, and a dynamic choreography that evolves throughout the series.
You’ll be introduced to props such as canes, sagat (finger cymbals) and silk fans, exploring rhythm and coordination in new and exciting ways. This class encourages growth, creativity, and a willingness to try new things in a supportive, fun environment.
New students with previous dance experience may be accepted at the instructor’s discretion.
The sounds of the gongs and singing bowls facilitate the movement of energy through the body, inviting a meditative space and an opportunity for increased vitality, healing, expanded awareness and higher consciousness.
The experience may be different for each person .It is our intention to create and hold a clear and safe space for all to enjoy.
