Before labor begins, it's a good idea to know the basics about some of the most common birth procedures that may, or may not, be necessary during your labor. Learning about these in the moment of labor can sometimes feel overwhelming. This session offers an opportunity to gain helpful information to reduce worry, and help you to formulate birth preferences and questions you might ask your medical provider.

A workshop series for those women who give everything to their loved ones, work, and their communities, but struggle with finding time or space to slow down and truly nourish themselves. They are tired of feeling disconnected from their bodies and out of touch with what they truly need.
Rest, Revive, Thrive, a monthly mini-wellness retreat, helps these women cultivate the resilience and tools they need to reset, revive, and thrive. Each session combines somatic practices, mindful movement and creative exercises to teach embodied tools designed to regulate the nervous system and find genuine restoration, not just surface level relaxation. All of this takes place in a supportive community with like-minded women. Each month will focus on a different theme and/or wellness tool that you can take into your daily life.

Ready to Dance Like No One's Watching? |
Announcing the Westchester launch of Dance Dance Party Party, a global network of women reclaiming joyful movement for themselves. Unlike a typical class, Dance Dance Party Party has no instructor - just low lights, a safe space, and the best tunes for letting loose. Come find the girl inside you who just wants to have fun and move with freedom! |
How it Works |
Come dressed however you want (just no street shoes, barefoot/socks preferred) and ready to move any way you want. Anyone who feels safe in spaces that center women is welcome to come. With the lights low and the music high, we'll dance however the vibe moves us - whether that's hugging the wall or jumping off of it. Our inaugural Dance Dance Party Party features the best dance jams of the 80s! |
What if I'm the worst dancer in the world? |
No Judgment applies to yourself too! You'll find a friendly, empowering space where you have nothing to prove. Come and give it a try, do some moving and we promise you'll leave on cloud nine! Cost: By donation, cash or Zelle at the door. |

Grief is a natural, normal, human response to loss. While grieving is most often associated with the death of a loved one, it is important to note that grief comes in all shapes and sizes. Any type of loss can elicit a grief response (loss of loved one, job, home, the life you once had). If you are experiencing grief of any kind, please know that you are not alone.
This monthly offering will have a relevant theme each month. Led by Emily, you will learn how grief affects the body and the mind, and how yoga helps to regulate the nervous system. Each session will explore different tools to help you navigate your grief, including but not limited to: an active yoga practice, a softer yoga practice, pranayama breathing techniques, and guided meditations.
What to expect: We will begin our time together with tea and conversation to bridge connection. Next, we will go over the tools and practices that will be explored that evening. The remainder of our time together will consist of about an hour of yoga to care for your grief and time to honor who/what you have lost.
Once you step into the room, everything is optional. There is no obligation to participate. Grief shows up differently day to day, and we deeply honor your needs. You can simply arrive and rest on your mat to be in community with other grievers, as you listen and visualize the movements/techniques in your mind. Tears are always welcome and tissues will be provided.
Come as you are. There is a place for you here.
Please Note: This workshop is not a replacement for individual therapy and counseling.
Testimonial:
The class really met the need for support and a feeling of community for people going through loss. I thought the session was really nicely facilitated with thoughtfulness and grace - just lovely. Emily was terrific - compassionate, caring, supportive and down to earth, really met the needs of all of us in session.

Join Elise in our candlelit studio for gentle restorative postures, a guided yoga nidra practice and the tones of the crystal sound bowls.
Yoga nidra aka “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that is done lying down in savasana, and is designed to bring the practitioner to a place between sleep and wakefulness.
Combined with the healing vibrations of the crystal sound bowls, this powerful, nervous system soothing practice may ease struggles with stress, insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain, burnout, overwhelm, exhaustion and more. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated - one hour of yoga nidra is said to be equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep, restful sleep.
All levels welcome. Dress for comfort and bring additional cozy props like blankets, pillows and eye masks if you like!
