
The course runs daily, Monday through Friday. It is ongoing and it progresses gradually through the levels of Yoga in Daily Life system.
If you have already practiced level 4 of Yoga in Daily Life, you are most welcome to join us on for asanas, pranayama and meditation of level 5 :)
To master each level it takes 3-6 months of daily practice.
According to the ancient yogic scriptures, yoga needs to be practiced during the period of sunrise, when an immense amount of Prana (cosmic energy) enters our system nourishing our body, mind, intellect, and soul. Daily practice is crucial if we want to master any skill. You will notice an increased level of energy and a positive change in your mood as well as an improvement in your attention span and concentration. You will experience more inspiration, joy, and love in your daily life.
