· The Muladhara Chakra is the seat of our destiny, the door to our unconscious, the basis and the starting point for our spiritual development. It is the foundation from which we climb the ladder of the Chakras; the root from which we receive the nourishment for our spiritual development.
· The Svadhisthana marks the second stage of human evolution, corresponding to the subconscious level. There we can face our weaknesses and mistakes, and bring our baser instincts under control, transform them and ultimately transcend them.
· In Manipura Chakra our consciousness reaches the third level, and its radiance develops within us the pearls of clarity, wisdom, self-confidence and wellbeing.

What You Will Learn
Over six weeks, we will progress gradually through Levels 2–3 of self-inquiry meditation, refining concentration and visualisation techniques:
- Concentration Techniques– By focusing on the breath and inner space, we cultivate the ability to be a neutral observer of our thoughts and past experiences while deepening concentration and enhancing self-awareness.
- Visualisation Techniques – Using guided visualisation, we explore personal patterns, gaining insight into emotions, relationships, and moods. By observing without attachment, we cultivate inner freedom, peace, and lasting happiness.
Between sessions, you will practice at home, while your teacher will provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure steady progress.

Cosmic energy (Kundalini) flows into our body through eight main energy centres (Chakras). Each chakra has its distinctive qualities and can be awakened and harmonised with yogic concentration and meditation.
Series 2 | 6 weeks | Anahata and Vishuddhi Chakra Meditations | 8.6.-18.7.
· With the activation of the Anahata Chakra (the Heart Centre), the perfect awakening of self-realisation takes place. Our heart opens to infinite, divine love thus our love becomes infinite.
· Vishuddhi Chakra is the center of physical and spiritual purification, where harmful residues are removed from the body on a physical level, and in the mental sphere the thoughts, emotions, consciousness, and subconscious are purified and harmonised.

Over the period of 6 weeks we will be progressing gradually through the level 4 of our self-inquiry meditation.
- You will learn the practice of Trataka, first concentrating on the light of a candle and after that evoking inner light in your agya chakra (third eye).
- With the technique of Bhakti Dhyana you will get the opportunity to dive deeply into your inner Self, filling your heart with with compassion and love
Your teacher will be in constant communication with you, answering your questions, giving feedback and supporting your progress.

· Bindu Chakra is the source of ambrosia, the fountain of eternal youth, vitality, health, and creativity, one of the most mysterious and remarkable energy centres in the human body.
· Sahasrara Chakra at the top of the head is the ‘crown center’. When our consciousness reaches this destination, we experience the unity of the knower, knowledge, and object of knowledge. It is the source of Light that resembles the brilliance of the sun. In the same wa,y the radiance of all other Chakras fades before the incomparable radiance of the Sahasrāra Chakra.
