
Consisting of 4 series of 6 weeks, that run daily, Sunday through Friday at 9.00 to 9.30 pm, this ONLINE COURSE is a unique opportunity to continue to develop your experience, dive into your inner world, and unlock your hidden potential in a graduate and supported way.
In each of us, there is a wonderful and miraculous dormant potential and as we begin to activate this inner energy source, we can utilise these dormant powers to achieve what we so dearly desire; a purposeful existence living in peace, harmony, and happiness.
Cosmic energy (Kundalini) flows into our body through eight main energy centres (Chakras). Each chakra has its distinctive qualities and can be awakened and harmonised with yogic concentration and meditation.
Series 2 | 6 weeks | Anahata and Vishuddhi Chakra Meditations | 8.6.-18.7.
· With the activation of the Anahata Chakra (the Heart Centre), the perfect awakening of self-realisation takes place. Our heart opens to infinite, divine love thus our love becomes infinite.
· Vishuddhi Chakra is the center of physical and spiritual purification, where harmful residues are removed from the body on a physical level, and in the mental sphere the thoughts, emotions, consciousness, and subconscious are purified and harmonised.

The course is based on ‘Chakras and Kundalini- The Hidden Powers in Human’, by Vishwaguruji Paramhans Swami Maheshwaranandaji, the most comprehensive, practical, and relatable book on Chakras. As we progress, you can read the detailed information on the given chakra from the book, which you can buy in your Yoga in Daily Life Centre or use the open-source format: www.chakras.net

The daily practice, Monday through Friday enables us to gradually progress through levels of Yoga in Daily Life System practicing each level systematically for a couple of months.
All who have practiced Level 1 are welcome to join.
An early morning practice is much more beneficial than practicing at any other time of the day. According to the ancient yogic scriptures, yoga needs to be practiced in the time of sunrise, when our body is most receptive to receiving Prana, the vital energy. During the early morning practice, an immense amount of cosmic energy enters our system nourishing our body, mind, intellect, and soul.
Already after 3 weeks, you will notice that you need less sleep but feel more rested. You will be amazed by the level of your energy, how cheerful your mood has become, how positive your mind is, and how clear your thoughts are. You will experience more inspiration, joy, and love in your daily life.

The course runs daily, Monday through Friday 5.45-7.00 am. It is ongoing and progresses gradually through the levels of Yoga in Daily Life system.
If you have mastered level 4 of Yoga in Daily Life, you are most welcome to join us at level 5. It takes 3-6 months of daily practice to master a level.
