In this workshop, we will begin with a creative Yin Yoga flow practice that will help you connect with your body, and promote inner balance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll be guided through a sequence that supports your unique needs.
We will gently flow into a group sound bath to help you visualize and activate your creative mind as well as release what no longer serves us while inviting in the new.
We will finish out our day together getting crafty as we apply positive intention to our thoughts and visualizations, we can begin to create our vision boards for the new year! Join us for this exciting workshop as we bring in the new year together.
What to bring:
-A journal (if you have one) paper will be provided in substitution
- Yoga mat
-Bottle of water
-A friend if you want to share the experience with someone
