Soul Mamas was created to offer holistic healing for people experiencing the waves of grief. After our own deep loss, we know that many people even our closest friends and family members may find it hard to understand and witness our grief.
With over twenty years in the health and wellness business, Karen Russell (certified grief educator & yoga teacher) and Carolina Pelayo (certified grief therapist & yoga teacher), offer their holistic healing modalities to bring more peace to the grieving process.
Join Karen and Carolina for a wonderful evening of sharing our thoughts (you have the option to share with the group or you can simply witness and be of support), essential oils, breath work, Sound Bath with a beautiful community.
Please be on time as we can't allow late arrivals out of the respect to our guests who are in the room. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have bolsters and blankets and a water station too. We will be serving Chai Tea and some healthy cookies after the event. There is a lot of street parking, but we now can park in the old Big Lots building (right next to our building now painted bright yellow and pink trim). Please know there is no experience needed. You will just relax and enjoy the sound healing. You can bring a friend or a loved one as we know all the support we can get during the waves of grief is so important.

Solstice Spirit Animal Activation

Join Heathor for an evening of Cacao, Vibration, & Spirit Animal activation!
We will begin with a cacao ceremony, to open our hearts & minds to the animal spiritual plane. With shamanic drumming as our guide, we will journey deeper to connect with our animal guides; With new connections made, allow the vibrations of the Mystical Earth gong ground you as we close with a blissful soundbath allowing your to receive your animal spirit’s wisdom & message.
Cacao is NOT an Entheogen or Hallucinogen - it is an EMPATHOGEN that gently opens the heart and encourages greater connection with your truest self & the Earth. It is your choice that allows you to connect to the full experience.
Those taking antidepressants or other serious medication should ingest less, or may experience an intense headache later.
• Please bring your favorite 6-8oz. mug;
• Do not eat for 2 hours prior to ceremony;
• Dress for comfort & gentle movement & dancing;
• Yoga mat suggested, but not required;
• Feel free to bring whatever you need for your “nest”: Blankets, pillows, comfort stuffed animals, crystals, talismans, journals, etc…
• Make sure to bring plenty of water (or a bottle to fill) for during & after the ceremony.
There will be an altar for charging of card decks,
talismans, jewelry, etc.
Feel free to bring flowers to decorate & anything else you
would like to contribute!
Doors will close & lock 5 minutes after start time - please make sure to arrive early to prepare your space & in respect for all in ceremony.
