It can be taken as hours toward our Mindfulness Based Yin Yoga
Teacher Training (200hrCert) or Level 1 240hr / Level 2 300hr /
500hr Yoga + Mindfulness Teacher Training or purely as a Personal
Immersion / Self Retreat to indulge in this nourishing and
insightful Yoga & Mindfulness Practice.

benefits of this sequence in its' relationship to Pratyahara,
cueing and the cycle of Samskara to include in dialogue.

This is the ulimate 2 hour indulgence for the hips, heart, spine and mind.
A very slow moving form of Vipasana (Mindfulness) with plenty of time for resting in stillness, with options and variations given to use props to help you release.
This is the practice that integrates a little Yang - spinal balance series followed by the majority of the class done in supportive postures done on the floor that target key areas of commonly held tension to help you create space in the spine and the mind.
This class is generally delivered only once per year in its full duration so make sure you book and take advantage of an amazing and therapeutic practice for this time of year.
