This class is a unique fusion of Vinyasa and
Kundalini Yoga, designed to awaken your heart and
elevate your inner state.
We begin with a gentle Vinyasa flow to warm the body, connect
breath with movement, and prepare the nervous system for deeper
energetic work. From there, we transition into a powerful Kundalini
kriya—a set sequence of postures, breathwork, and dynamic
movement—to stir dormant energy and bring clarity to the mind.
Breath practices (pranayama) and meditation guide you inward,
creating space for stillness, release, and deep
self-connection.
Throughout the practice, intention and rhythm work together to clear emotional blockages, expand awareness, and cultivate unconditional self-love. You’ll leave class feeling grounded yet uplifted—anchored in your body, open in your heart, and aligned with your highest self.
No prior Kundalini experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and feel.
