Join Lydia and Sarah on New Year’s Day for a grounding, nourishing yoga workshop to close out the holiday season and step into the year ahead.

Lydia will guide you through an intelligent, slow flow filled with feel-good stretches that melt tension in the hips and lower back, leaving you steady, spacious, and grounded.

Sarah will then lead a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, offering space to reflect on the year that’s passed and to consciously set the tone for the one to come.
