
For Parents: Gentle yoga sequences to help stretch, strengthen, and relax your body. The poses focus on areas that often need attention post-pregnancy, such as the back, shoulders, core, and pelvic floor. The movements are tailored to be safe and adaptable for postpartum bodies.
For Babies: Playful movements, gentle massage, and soothing stretches that encourage sensory and motor development.
Interact with other parents and build a supportive community in a warm friendly environment where feeding, soothing, and diaper changes are always welcome! Even if that’s all you do since we know baby’s schedules are unpredictable, it’s still a wonderful way to be out of the house and with other moms and babies!
This class will be taught by Shamina Rao. She was a birth doula for over 11 years and is a prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher and a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant.

Join Sunee LaClaire, A former classroom teacher for a relaxing yoga session. You will find deep relaxation and peace by moving through breathwork, gentle stretches and guided meditation.
