A 4-part ceremonial series inviting women into a yearlong journey through the seasons, the elements, and the initiations that shape our lives.
Rooted in Ayurveda, seasonal living, the medicine wheel, somatic wisdom, and feminine folklore, these circles draw inspiration from the ancient places women have always gathered—by the river, around the fire, under the moon, and upon the fertile earth. Together, we remember what it means to slow down, to listen, to be witnessed, and to belong.
Each seasonal gathering is guided by a mythical figure, feminine archetype, and Ayurvedic elemental wisdom, offering a mythic and embodied lens through which to explore our own stories and life cycles. These circles honor the many thresholds women move through—menstrual beginnings, postpartum seasons, perimenopause, identity shifts, grief, becoming, and renewal—without hierarchy or expectation.
Every gathering includes space for both quiet reflection and shared voice, always invitational and consent-based.
✨ Each circle weaves
together:
• Storytelling + folklore (origin stories, archetypes, and myth as
mirror)
• Ayurvedic seasonal teachings + elemental balancing
• Somatic practices for nervous-system regulation and
embodiment
• Slow, intuitive movement and rest
• Guided Yoga Nidra for deep restoration
• A facilitated sharing circle for witnessing, validation, and
connection
This series is about gentle unfolding: remembering who you are, honoring the seasons within you, and being held in community as you move through them.
Come as you are.
Your story belongs here.
This is a multigenerational, consent-centered gathering rooted in respect and belonging. Women at every stage of life are invited to come as they are. All female-identifying bodies are welcome.

Yoga Nidra Sound Journey: 90-120 Minutes
Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep. It is a profound but simple guided meditation accessible to anyone. The practice systematically guides the body, mind and breath into a complete state of relaxation. Quiet the mind and cultivate inner serenity as you rest in a supported savasana. Nancy’s voice will lead you through a guided relaxation where all the senses are drawn to gentle, conscious awareness, inviting the body to heal, creativity to flourish, and heart to expand. While in this safe, sacred space, Settle Into Stillness will create a soundscape of handpan, didgeridoo, crystal singing bowls, multiple gongs, voice, world percussion, chimes and more. Settle Into Stillness is joined by award-winning vocalist Kimberly Joy Rieli, and lifelong percussionist and handpan player Parker Horsch, as the Settle Into Stillness Ensemble. Each experience is created and offered with love and intention for healing and relaxation. Receive deep rest while being immersed in the ethereal vibrations of a Yoga Nidra Sound Journey.
All are welcome, no prior experience with yoga or meditation necessary.
Movement, Balance, Breath & Stillness — A 2-Hour Yoga Workshop on March 7th As we transition out of winter and into the expansive energy of spring, this two-hour workshop is designed to help you gently awaken the body, build momentum, and create space for renewal—both physically and energetically. We’ll begin with Sun Salutations, exploring safe alignment, accessible variations, and traditional sequences from different lineages. These rhythmic, flowing movements help generate warmth, circulation, and vitality—supporting the natural upward and outward energy of the season while building confidence and strength in your practice. From there, we’ll move into standing and balancing poses, using props and mindful exploration to cultivate stability as energy begins to rise. By emphasizing functional alignment over effort or ego, we’ll explore how balance on the mat prepares us to meet seasonal shifts with resilience and steadiness. As the pace slows, we’ll deepen into seated postures and hip-opening poses, creating space for release after winter’s holding patterns. With attention to anatomy and supportive variations, these shapes encourage mobility, ease, and a sense of lightness—making room for growth and change. We’ll close with pranayama and meditation, learning foundational breathwork and accessible meditation practices that help clear stagnation, support nervous system regulation, and set intentional focus for the season ahead. This workshop is ideal for students and teachers seeking a more embodied understanding of yoga while aligning practice with the rhythms of spring. All levels are welcome—come as you are and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for what’s next.
