Calling all who want to kick start their new year fitness resolutions right! Commit to 5 sessions Saturday mornings 9:30 - 10:30am. (Option to also sign up for our Wednesday sessions 6:00-7:00pm). On Saturdays from January 3 - 29, you will join Laina for a 1 hour Bootcamp/Stretch combo workout. She'll start you with 40 minutes of butt-kicking bootcamp and you'll end with 15/20 minutes of foam rolling & stretch it all out! On Wednesdays from January 7 - February 4, you will join Heidi for a full hour bootcamp kick of Cardio & Strength moves. Attention Athletes ages 10-14! This 5-week course is for you. It is meant to be fun but also to gain experience with lifting movements to help reduce potential risk of injury for sports, gain an extra advantage of the field/court by improving coordination, and to overall improve speed, explosiveness, strength, and quickness of your athlete.
Includes Pre and Post testing for vertical jump, long jump power, change of direction speed, and sprint speed.
Saturdays 11:30am - 12:30pm AND Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm. 10 total sessions! February 11 - March 11
