This is our first-ever clinic geared toward training for an obstacle course run/race. You will be stretched to try new things & push through challenges physically & mentally. Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:00pm through the month of October for 5 total sessions. Once the month is up, consider conditioning through the winter & plan to do a race in the spring. Workouts will combine strength and cardio. This is an intermediate to advanced clinic not designed for beginners.
We will focus on becoming familiar with and even mastering typical obstacle course stations such as the Rope Climb, Tires, Large pushing movements with our sleds, and Monkey Bars. We'll have a special emphasis on grip strength & balance and will include some short running with weather permitting.
Limited Enrollment. Must sign up at least 2 days in advance. Early bird pricing through September 19, 2025. Heidi Weaver, our certified personal trainer and experienced climber, will be leading this clinic. Heidi and her husband will be doing their first Obstacle Course Race in the fall.

Enter into a comfortable posture, you clear your mind and listen to the instruments playing. Let the sound wash over you like warm water in a bath. Letting the sounds relax and sooth muscles and thoughts. A truly relaxing experience. Mat and blanket to be provided. Optional to bring pillows and additional blankets.
