3-Week Block | Babies Welcome from 8 Weeks to Pre-Crawling
Join our nurturing and supportive Pilatebaby course – a postnatal Pilates block of classes designed especially for new mums to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and connect with their babies and other local mums.
Led by expert Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Mummy MOT practitioner Beth Alexander, this class focuses on gentle, targeted movement to support your postnatal recovery. You’ll learn and practise specific exercises to:

Improve spinal mobility and relieve tension

Rebuild posture and body awareness

Move safely and mindfully during early motherhood
Babies are welcome from 8 weeks old until they’re on the move. Classes include time for bonding with your baby, and we finish with a relaxed social space so you can enjoy a chat with other mums.

As winter approaches, it’s the perfect time to support your kidneys and the water element within your body. In this workshop, we’ll explore a gentle Water Qi Gong practice designed to keep you warm, energised, and balanced. Through flowing movements and standing poses, you’ll move Qi throughout your body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
We’ll also enjoy The Six Healing Sounds, a remarkable Qi Gong sequence that sends energy vibrations through your whole body, helping to clear negativity and strengthen your immune system.
