A Fun Kid's Fitness Program for Strong Bodies & Bright Mind. During each of the 8 weeks a fresh fitness challenge will be introduced, paired with a mental strength theme, so kids develop both body and mind in fun, dynamic ways.

Then, sink into the healing practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep—a guided meditation that brings you into a state of deep relaxation while remaining consciously aware. Perfect for easing anxiety, improving sleep, and reconnecting with your inner peace.

Ages 8–11: “Halloween Circus Adventure!”
This Halloween, run away and join the
circus!
Bring your spooky self for an upside-down time full of fun and
thrills.
In this special workshop, you’ll get to try out a variety of aerial circus apparatuses — Hoop, Rope, Trapeze, and Cube. Like a monkey climbing a tree, you’ll swing, hang, spin, and twist while discovering what makes each apparatus unique.

On soft apparatuses like fabric and rope, you’ll learn to hold strong and steady — your body becomes the “solid” and the apparatus the “liquid.”

On stiff apparatuses like hoop and cube, you’ll show off your flexibility — your body becomes the “liquid” and the apparatus the “solid.”
Each piece of equipment makes some moves easier and others more challenging, and that’s where the fun begins!
We’ll finish with a Monster Mash Costume Photo Shoot in the last 15 minutes. Come ready to play, explore, and fly like a circus star!
