Achieve Client App: Settings

From the Achieve Client App, you can manage notification settings, connect your Facebook and Twitter accounts to your profile, and access the support settings.

Changing your notification settings

You can configure various notification settings, such as booking confirmation emails, booking reminder emails, review request emails, company news emails, SMS notifications, and push notifications.

To change your notification settings:

  1. In the top right corner of the screen, tap your profile icon.
  2. On the Profile menu, tap Settings.
  3. Under Settings, set any notification option to either ON or OFF.

EmailsIf you have this setting enabled, emails will be sent to you by the business to inform and remind you of your bookings and other important information. All your email notification settings can be enabled or disabled directly from the Achieve Client App by setting this option to ON or OFF.
NoteThis option must be set to ON to enable the Booking Confirmation Email, Booking Reminder Email, Review Request Email, and/or Company News Email.

Booking Confirmation EmailA confirmation email will be sent to you when you book a service. The email will contain your booking information and request confirmation. This option must be set to ON for the email to be triggered.
Booking Reminder EmailA reminder email will be sent to you when you book a service. The email will contain your booking information. This option must be set to ON for the email to be triggered.
Review Request EmailA email will be sent to you requesting a review after you attend a service. This option must be set to ON for the email to be triggered.
Company News EmailA newsletter will be emailed to you by the business when new services and deals are available. This option must be set to ON for the email to be triggered.
SMS NotificationIf you have this setting enabled, SMS messages will be sent to your phone by the business to inform and remind you of your bookings and other important information. All your SMS notifications can be enabled or disabled directly from the Achieve Client App by setting this option to ON or OFF.
Push NotificationIf you have this setting enabled, notifications will be sent directly to your smartphone by the business to inform and remind you of your bookings and other important information. All your push notifications can be enabled or disabled directly from the Achieve Client App by setting this option to ON or OFF.

Connecting your social media accounts

If your social media account is connected to your WellnessLiving account, you can easily share your appointment bookings, reward points, and other Achieve Client App activity on your newsfeed. Additionally, you can quickly log in to WellnessLiving using your social media account.

To connect social media account:

  1. In the top right corner of the screen, tap your profile icon.
  2. On the Profile menu, tap Settings.
  3. Under Social Media, tap the Connect button to the right of the social media platform that you want to connect to and log in to your social media account.

Accessing the support settings

You can access various support settings, such as sending an email to support, and viewing WellnessLiving’s terms of use, privacy policy, and current Achieve Client App version number.

To access the support settings:

  1. In the top right corner of the screen, tap your profile icon.
  2. On the Profile menu, tap Settings.
  3. Under Support, access the following support settings, as required:
    • To open a new email message addressed to WellnessLiving support, tap Feedback. You can use this setting to send us your thoughts about the app and its performance.
    • To view the most recent version of the Achieve Client App’s official terms of use, tap Terms of Use.
    • To view the most recent version of the Achieve Client App’s official privacy policy, tap Privacy Policy. You can review this content at any time to learn about how your information is stored and collected within the Achieve Client App.
    • View a display of the currently installed version of the Achieve Client App under Version.
