Achieve Client App: Settings

Using the Achieve Client App, you can control the notifications you receive from a business, connect your Facebook or Twitter account, and access the support settings.

If you connect your social media account, you can share Appointment bookings, reward points, and other Achieve Client App activity on your newsfeed. Additionally, you can quickly log in to WellnessLiving using your social media account.

NoteIf you are receiving unwanted push notifications, you will need to manually turn off push notifications from your device’s settings.

    To change your notification settings:

    1. In the top right corner of the screen, tap your profile icon.
    2. On the Profile menu, tap Settings.
    3. Under Settings, set any notification option to either ON or OFF. The following table lists the notifications that are included in each notification category.

    Schedule and RemindersThis category relates to notifications for services and includes the following:

    Account ManagementThis category relates to notifications for account management activities and includes the following:

    NoteTo receive messages from Message Center, the SMS option for this category must be set to ON.
    News and UpdatesThis category includes all notifications related to automated marketing campaign types.
    OperationalThe following notifications cannot be turned off:

    To connect social media account:

    1. In the top right corner of the screen, tap your profile icon.
    2. On the Profile menu, tap Settings.
    3. Under Social Media, tap the Connect button to the right of the social media platform that you want to connect to and log in to your social media account.

    To access the support settings:

    1. In the top right corner of the screen, tap your profile icon.
    2. On the Profile menu, tap Settings.
    3. Under Support, access the following support settings, as required:
      • To open a new email message addressed to WellnessLiving support, tap Feedback. You can use this setting to send us your thoughts about the app and its performance.
      • To view the most recent version of the Achieve Client App’s official terms of use, tap Terms of Use.
      • To view the most recent version of the Achieve Client App’s official privacy policy, tap Privacy Policy. You can review this content at any time to learn about how your information is stored and collected within the Achieve Client App.
      • View a display of the currently installed version of the Achieve Client App under Version.
