Achieve Client App: Displaying a client’s barcode

A client who has been assigned a client ID and has the Achieve Client App installed on their mobile device can use their barcode to check in to services via the Self Check-In Web App. The client must display their barcode on their mobile device for a staff member to scan it and check the client in.

WellnessLiving currently supports the Motorola DS9208 Barcode Scanner. For more information, see Configuring the Motorola DS9208 scanner.

NoteTo check in a client using a barcode, a staff member must first Open the Self Check-In Web App.

To display a client’s barcode:

  1. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Tap the Scan Check In… button. The barcode is displayed.
