Clients who have a WellnessLiving account with your business must log in to the Achieve Client App to use it. If your business has the White Label version of the Achieve Client App, your clients can register for a new account directly through your app.
Clients can log in using their email address, Apple ID, or Facebook account (if their client profile is connected to Facebook).
NoteIf a Client’s Apple ID is associated with their client profile, an option will be available for the client to log into the Achieve Client app using their Apple ID.
NoteIf a client does not use the Achieve Client App for 31 days, they will be logged out automatically.

To log in to the Achieve Client App:
- Open the Achieve Client App on your mobile device.
- Log in to the Achieve Client App using one of the following methods:
- Log in using your email address:
- Tap Email and enter your email address.
- Tap Password and enter your password,
- Tap Login.
- To log in with Facebook:
- Tap Sign in with Facebook.
- Tap Continue with Password and enter your password.
- Tap Continue.
- To log in with your Apple ID:
- Tap Sign in with Apple.
- Tap Continue with Password and enter your password.
- Tap Continue.
- Log in using your email address:
To log out of the Achieve Client App:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap Logout.
