Achieve Client App: Options menu

The Achieve Client App features a variety of useful tools and settings. To learn more about these features, see the table labeled Options below.

    To view the options menu on the Achieve Client App:

    1. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

    Scan Check In… This option represents a unique client ID that you can use to check in to a business via the Self Check-In Web App. You will need to display this barcode on your mobile device for a staff member to check you in using a barcode scanner.
    My ActivityWith this option, you can view your recent activity on WellnessLiving including booked services, attended services, and earned reward points. You can also opt out of email notifications and alerts from this page.
    AlertsThis option allows you to view any unread notifications in your Achieve Client App.
    Profile Details This option allows you to change your name and contact information. These changes will apply to your account automatically and across the system.
    Transformation Log This option allows you to track your fitness, enter new logs, and compare with past logs.
    Goals With this option, you can record and track your fitness goals.
    Settings With this option, you can contact support, view information about your app, change your notification preference, or connect your social media accounts.
    Purchases This option allows you to search and view any purchase information you need, including past purchases.
    Billing Information With this option, you can view or edit your individual billing information, including account balance, account history, saved credit cards, and saved ACH accounts. You can also redeem any gift cards or Daily Deal Redemption Codes by entering the code in the labelled box.
    Waiver With this option, you can view any waivers you’ve signed with the business, along with the date the waiver was signed and an image of the signature.
