Your clients can download and save a log of what they did right before their app froze or crashed. This information will greatly help our support team identify and resolve any issues.

To save a log of your last actions:
- In the top right corner of the screen, tap your profile icon.
- On the profile menu, tap Settings.
- Under Settings, tap Download log of last actions.
- Download and save the log file to your mobile device.
