Achieve Client App: Saving a log of your last actions

Your clients can download and save a log of what they did right before their app froze or crashed. This information will greatly help our support team identify and resolve any issues.

To save a log of your last actions:  

  1. In the top right corner of the screen, tap your profile icon. 
  2. On the profile menu, tap Settings. 
  3. Under Settings, tap Download log of last actions.  
  4. Download and save the log file to your mobile device.
