Achieve Client App: Signing in and out

  • Categories: Achieve Client App

Clients who have a WellnessLiving account with your business must sign in to the Achieve Client App to use it. If your business has the White Label version of the Achieve Client App, your clients can register for a new account directly through your app.

Clients can sign in using the following methods:

  • Sign in with the email and password associated with their client profile.
  • Sign in with Apple (if the email address associated with their client profile is the same as their email associated with their Apple account).
  • Sign in with Google (if their client profile is connected to their Google account).
  • Sign in with Facebook (if their client profile is connected to their Facebook account).

NoteIf a client doesn’t open the Achieve Client App on a device for 31 days, they’ll be signed out automatically.

In this article:

    To sign in to the Achieve Client App:

    1. Open the Achieve Client App on your mobile device.
    2. Sign in to the Achieve Client App using one of the following methods:
      • Sign in using your email address:
        1. Under Email, enter your email address.
        2. Under Password, enter your password.
        3. Tap Sign in.
      • To sign in with Facebook:
        1. Tap Sign in with Facebook.
        2. Tap Continue with Password and enter your password.
        3. Tap Continue.
      • To sign in with your Apple ID:
        1. Tap Sign in with Apple.
        2. Tap Continue with Password and enter your password.
    3. Tap Continue.

    To sign out of the Achieve Client App:

    1. Tap the My Profile tab.
    2. In the top-right corner of the screen, tap Sign out.
