Achieve Client App: Viewing, creating, or updating your goals

Clients can view, create, and update their fitness goals using the Achieve Client App.

NoteThe available fields in the goals feature are determined by the available fields in the Transformation Log.

To view, create, or update your goals:

  1. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open the options menu.
  2. Tap Goals.
  3. Enter your fitness goals in the fields provided. These fields include:
    • Pre-workout Heart Rate
    • Blood pressure
    • Arms
    • Bust
    • Waist
    • Abdomen
    • Hips
    • Thighs
    • Height
    • Weight
    • Body fat %
    • Short term goals
    • Long term goals
  4. Tap Update Goals.
