Managing service and Purchase Option images

You can add an image to any of your services or Purchase Options. Clients and staff members will see the image with the service or Purchase Option wherever it is displayed in WellnessLiving, including in the online store, on booking screens, and more.

In this article:

    To add or change a service or Purchase Option image:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
      • For services:
        1. On the Setup menu, click Services.
        2. On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, Events, or Book-a-Spot, depending on the type of service that should be assigned the image.
      • For Purchase Options:
        1. On the Setup menu, click Store Configuration.
        2. On the Store Configuration menu, click Purchase Options.
    3. Click the service or Purchase Option for which you want to add or change the image.
    4. At the top of the Edit screen, click the placeholder or current image.
    5. Click Select a photo from your computer to browse your files.
    6. Find and select the image.
    7. Click Open. A live preview of the image is displayed to the right.
      • Move or resize the blue box on the image to choose which part of the image should be used.
      • Click the Cancel button to close the image without saving.
      • Click the Rotate buttons to rotate the image.
    8. Click the Confirm button to confirm your changes.
    9. Click SAVE. The image is associated with the service or Purchase Option.

    To remove a service or Purchase Option image:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
      • For services:
        1. On the Setup menu, click Services.
        2. On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, Events, or Book-a-Spot, depending on the type of service that should be assigned the image.
      • For Purchase Options:
        1. On the Setup menu, click Store Configuration.
        2. On the Store Configuration menu, click Purchase Options.
    3. Click the service or Purchase Option from which you want to remove the image.
    4. At the top of the Edit screen, click the current image.
    5. Click Remove current image.
    6. Click OK.
    7. Click SAVE. The image is no longer associated with the service or Purchase Option.
