Adding a gym visit to a client’s attendance history

You can manually check a client into a gym visit from the client’s profile. After checking a client into a gym visit, the new visit is listed on the client’s attendance history.

NoteThis function is available only if your business type has gym visits enabled.
NoteYou can only add gym visits that occurred on current or past dates and times.

To add a gym visit to a client’s attendance history:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the Overview page, click Add a Gym Visit.
  4. Under DATE, select the date of the gym visit.
  5. Under TIME, select the time of the gym visit and choose AM or PM.
  6. Under LOCATION, select a location. 
    • If the client has an applicable Purchase Option, click CHECK-IN.
    • If the client does not have an applicable Purchase Option and you want to add the visit to the client’s attendance history without using a Purchase Option, click CHECK-IN UNPAID. Be sure to choose this option if you do not have Purchase Options set up for gym visits.
    • If the client does not have an applicable Purchase Option and you want to add the visit to the client’s attendance history by using a Purchase Option, click CHECK-IN AND PAY NOW.
      1. If the client does not have an applicable Purchase Option, you are directed to the online store. Appropriate Purchase Options are displayed.
      2. Under the desired Purchase Option, click Add to Cart.
