Adding or modifying a location

When you add a location, you provide the location’s general information, such as name, address, and contact details.

After adding a location, you can configure other information about the location, such as the location’s business description in the WellnessLiving directory and its business hours.

The general information you set for a location is displayed on its WellnessLiving business page and in the Achieve Client App for clients to see.

NoteAdding a new location will incur additional costs.
NoteIf you require a separate merchant account for this location, contact or call 1-888-668-7728.

To add or modify a location: 

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Locations.
  4. Add or modify a location: 
    • To add a location, click ADD LOCATION. 
    • To modify an existing location, click the location name. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the location. 
  5. Enter the required information: 
    1. In the General tab, enter the general information about this location in the fields. Required fields are indicated by red asterisks. 
    2. In the Business Hours tab, under TIMEZONE, select the time zone for this location. 
  6. Configure any desired optional settings: 
  7. Click SAVE.
