Advanced filters reference

This article describes all Advanced Filters that can be applied to your reports, as described in Viewing a report. Some filters are available only for specific reports. Filters are listed alphabetically.

Achieve UsersFilters whether to display clients who use or do not use the Achieve Client App.
Accounting MethodFilters whether to display sales that were paid with either accrual-based accounting or cash-based accounting. This filter is only available in the All Sales Report. For more information, see FAQ: What is the difference between accrual and cash-based accounting?
AppointmentsFilters which Appointments are listed.
Appointments Purchase OptionsFilters to display listings with specific Purchase Options with the Appointments Purchase Option Service Category.
Auto-RenewFilters whether auto-renewals are or are not listed.
Account Purchase OptionsFilters to display listings with specific Purchase Options with the Account Purchase Option Service Category.
Asset Purchase OptionsFilters to display listings with specific Purchase Options with the Asset Purchase Option Service Category.
Accounting MethodFilters whether to display sales that were paid for with only cash or with cash and account balances. This filter is only available in the All Sales Report.
Balance StatusFilters to display clients with an account balance that is positive, negative, or zero.This filter is only available in the Balance Due Report.
Bookable AssetsFilters which BOOK-A-SPOT™ assets are listed.
CampaignUse this filter to determine which leads are included in the report based on which lead capture automated campaign was sent to them.
Client StatusFilters to display clients with the selected activation status(es).
Client TypesFilters to display only clients with specific client types.
ClassesFilters which Classes are listed.
Contact MethodFilters to display listings based on which contact method was used to contact a client. This filter is only available in the Contact Log History Report.
Contact TypeFilters to display listings based on which contact type was used to contact a client.
Check-in StatusFilters whether to display check-ins, late cancels, pending check-ins, or no shows.
Canceled SessionsFilters to whether display canceled Appointments or Classes or not. This filter is only available in the Daily Tracker Report.
Class & Events Purchase OptionsFilters to display listings with specific Purchase Options with the Class/Events Purchase Option Service Category.
Client Retention DetailsFilters for a specific retention period, as well as specific staff members, locations, and services. This filter is only available in the Client Retention by Staff Report.
Charged TaxesFilters sales that have or have not been charged taxes.
Credit Card TypeFilters which types of credit cards are listed.
Day of the WeekFilters which day(s) of the week are listed.
Discount CodesFilters to display sales that were made using specific discount codes.
DepositFilters whether to display sales made with or without a deposit.
Daily DealsFilters which daily deals are listed.
Display sales with discountsFilters to display discounted sales.
Display Canceled MembershipsFilters whether canceled memberships are or are not listed. This filter is only available in the Memberships Report.
EventsFilters which Events are listed.
Edited purchase optionsFilters whether to display clients who have or do not have Purchase Options that have been individually modified.
Expired PassesFilters whether listed credit cards or Purchase Options must be expired or close to expiration.
First Visit DetailsFilters for a specific first visit date range as well as specific staff members, locations, and services. This filter is only available in the Client Retention by Staff Report.
FieldsFilters which client profile fields are listed. This filter is only available in the Client Data Report.
Franchisee Created Purchase OptionsUse this filter to determine whether to include franchisee-created Purchase Options in the report.
GroupsFilters to display only clients from specific client groups client groups.
NoteThis filter will pull any relevant information from the available fields. For example, if you filter for groups a, b, and c, the filter will find clients from group a, group b, group c, and any combination thereof, as opposed to only finding clients who belong to all three groups.
GenderFilters to display only clients with the specified gender associated with their profile.
Gym Purchase OptionFilters to display listings with specific Purchase Options with the Gym Visits Purchase Option Service Category.
Gym VisitsFilters whether to display gym visits or not.
Home LocationFilters to display only clients with the specified home location associated with their profile. This filter will only allow you to filter by active locations. Deactivated locations will not be displayed.
Lead Created ByFilters the staff member who must have manually added the lead for it to be listed. Available only in the Lead Management Report.
LocationFilters which business location(s) are listed.

You can also use this filter to view purchases clients are making online. For example, if one of your business locations is named Location A, there will be both a Location A filter and a Location A Online filter available. The Location A filter will filter for sales made by staff members who are signed into Location A and purchases made through the Achieve Client App by clients whose home location is Location A. The Location A Online filter will filter for purchases made through the Client Web App by clients whose home location is Location A.
Mail TypeFilters to display listings based on which type of notification was issued. Only one selection can be made at a time.
Mail StatusFilters to display listings based on the status of the notification. This filter is only available in the Contact Log History Report.
Membership StatusFilters clients based on their membership status. This filter is only available in the Memberships Report.
OthersFilters whether other purchases are or are not listed.
PackagesFilters which package(s) are listed.
Payment OptionsFilters to display listings that used specific types of options as payment. This filter is only available in the Attendance with Payment Options Details Report.
Payment TypesFilters to display client purchases and transactions that were bought with specific payment methods.
Pay RateUse this filter to determine which payroll entries to include in the report based on the pay rate used to pay the staff member. The options available in this filter are dependent on the pay rates you have set up for your staff members.
Point of SaleUse this filter to select which sales to display in the All Sales Report or on a client’s Purchases page based on where or how the sale was made. Your options are:
  • ClassPass Booking – Bookings made through ClassPass.
  • Google Booking – Bookings made through Reserve with Google.
  • Import – Sales imported from your previous software provider that were made before you started using WellnessLiving.
  • Elevate App – Sales made using the Elevate Staff App.
  • Achieve App – Purchases made by clients using the Achieve Client App.
  • Auto-payments – Auto-payments such as membership payments or installment plan payments.
  • Undefined – The source of the sale is unclear and should be investigated.
  • Studio – Sales made at your physical location(s).
  • Online – Purchases made by clients using the Client Web App.
  • Widget Purchase – Purchases made by clients using your widgets.
  • Directory Listing – Bookings made by clients using your WellnessLiving Directory listing.
ProductsFilters which product(s) are listed.
Purchase or Money OwnerFilters to display items based on who made the purchase: the client who received the item or the client who paid for the item.
PurchasesUse this filter to determine whether sales staff members earned commission on are included in the report.
Revenue CategoriesFilters to display purchases made that are classified under specific revenue categories.
Redemption StatusFilters whether to display gift cards that have or have not been redeemed. This filter is only available in the Gift Cards Report.
Redemption DateFilters to display gift cards based on the date range during which it was redeemed. This filter is only available in the Gift Cards Report.
Subscribed to news and updatesFilters whether to display clients who are or are not subscribed to news and updates.
Signed Liability WaiverFilters whether to display clients who have or have not signed the liability waiver for the business.
Signed Business ContractsFilters whether to display clients that do or do not have any outstanding unsigned business contracts.
StaffFilters which staff members are listed.
Sale AmountFilters the price range that must have been applied to gift cards to be listed. This filter is only available in the Gift Cards Report.
SuppliersFilters which supplier(s) are listed.
TaxesFilters for sales that have specific tax types applied to them. The options available in this filter are dependent on the taxes you have set up in your store.

Selecting a tax filter will display all sales to which that tax was applied. Selecting the No taxes filter will filter for sales that do not have taxes applied to them. If the tax amount of a sale is manually changed to zero when the sale is made, the sale will still be considered taxed and can be filtered for using the appropriate tax filter.
TimeFilters to display instances that occurred during a specific time range (start time to end time).
TipsFilters whether staff tips are or are not listed.
Transaction StatusFilters sales transactions with specific statuses. This filter is only available in the Batch Report.
