Appointment Analysis Report

The Appointment Analysis Report is an attendance report that displays booking, scheduling, and attendance numbers for your appointments during the selected date range. This report can be used to discover an overview of your appointment activity.

    To view the Appointment Analysis Report

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    4. On the Attendance menu, click Appointment Analysis. The Appointment Analysis Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Appointment Analysis Report

    Heading Description
    Service The name of the Appointment.
    Total The number of appointments of this type that have been scheduled during the selected date range.
    Attended The number of appointments of this type that have been attended during the selected date range.
    Booked The number of appointments of this type that have been booked for clients during the selected date range.
    Late Cancels The number of clients that did not attend the appointment citing the reason late cancel during the selected date range.
    Pending The number of clients expected to attend the appointment that have not yet attended or cancelled the appointment during the selected date range.
    No Shows The number of clients that did not attend the appointment citing the reason no show during the selected date range.

    Advanced filters in the Appointment Analysis Report

    Filter Description
    Client Types Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
    Include Empty Sessions Use this filter to determine whether to include Appointments with no attendees in the report.
    Time Use this filter to determine which instances to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the Week Use this filter to determine which day(s) of the week to include in the report.
    Appointments Use this filter to determine which Appointment Types to include in the report.
    Check-in Status Use this filter to determine whether to include check-ins, late cancels, pending check-ins, or no shows in the report.
