Appointment Analysis Report

The Appointment Analysis Report is an attendance report that displays booking, scheduling, and attendance numbers for your Appointments during the selected date range. This report can be used to discover an overview of your Appointment activity.

This article describes how to view the Appointment Analysis Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To learn how to customize and filter the report, see Viewing a report.

NoteIf you filter the Appointment Analysis Report by a specified date range, the number of Appointments on the report will likely be different than the number of Appointments on your schedule for the same date range. This occurs because the schedule only lists Appointments led by active staff members, while the Appointment Analysis Report also includes Appointments led by inactive staff members. Additionally, late canceled Appointments are only included in the Appointment Analysis Report, while early canceled Appointments are only included in the schedule results.

    To view the Appointment Analysis Report

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    4. On the Attendance menu, click Appointment Analysis. The Appointment Analysis Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Appointment Analysis Report

    HeadingDescription
    Appointment NameThe name of the Appointment.
    TotalThe number of Appointments of this type that have been scheduled during the selected date range.
    AttendedThe number of Appointments of this type that have been attended by clients during the selected date range.
    BookedThe number of Appointments of this type that have been booked for clients during the selected date range. After the scheduled time for an upcoming booked Appointment has passed, it will move to either the Pending, Late Cancel, No Show, or Attended column.
    Late CancelsThe number of clients that did not attend the Appointment due to late cancel during the selected date range.
    PendingThe number of unconfirmed clients that are expected to attend the Appointment during the selected date range.
    NoteThe status of the service type that is automatically assigned to clients after the scheduled time of a service has passed depends on the default status set in your business policy settings.
    No ShowsThe number of clients that did not attend the Appointment due to no show.

    Include Empty SessionsUse this filter to determine whether to include Appointments with no attendees in the report.
    Start Time RangeUse this filter to determine which Appointments to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the WeekUse this filter to determine which Appointments to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.
    AppointmentsUse this filter to determine which Appointment Types to include in the report.
    Check-in StatusUse this filter to determine whether to include check-ins, late cancels, pending check-ins, or no shows in the report.
    StaffUse this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
    LocationsUse this filter to determine which business location(s) to include in the report.
