Attendance reports

Attendance reports can be analyzed to give you a more detailed understanding of how your clients interact with your business. These reports can be filtered using advanced filters, if required. For information about other report types, see Reports.

Report Description
Attendance with Payment Option Summary This report shows which purchase options clients used to attend your classes. This report also allows you to view how many clients are booking online.
Appointment Analysis This report shows the number of appointments that were scheduled, attended, canceled late, or not shown up to, for each appointment type within the date range specified.
Appointment Analysis Details This report shows details about each appointment that is scheduled within the date range specified.
Appointment Cancellation This report displays information about canceled Appointments, including whether they were canceled early or late, and the cancellation reason.
Attendance with Payment Option Details This report shows service attendance details with the client’s used purchase option, its expiration, and the number of remaining visits left on it.
Booking Source This report shows the online booking trends over time. This report also allows you to determine which of your clients are booking online.
Check-Ins This report shows client check-ins to your businesses services, including details such as the service name, client name, time of check-in, type of check-in, and the purchase option used.
Class Analysis This report compares the attendance history for various classes.
Class Analysis Details This report shows details for each class that is scheduled within the date range specified.
Class Average This report shows how many clients on average take various classes.
Class Schedule Report Displays details for classes that are starting and/or ending during the selected date range.
Client Analysis This report shows client information and tracks your client???s attendance history.
Cross-Location Visit Details This report displays a detailed list of cross-location visits made by each client during the selected date range.
Cross-Location Visit Summary This report displays a summary of cross-location visits, organized by home location and location visited, during the selected date range.
Daily Tracker This report displays your scheduled services and the number of clients attending each service for the selected day. From this report, you can view the attendance list for a service, cancel a service, modify the schedule of a service, or substitute the instructor for a service.
Event Analysis This report shows the number of events that were scheduled, attended, canceled late, or not shown up to, within the date range specified.
Event Analysis Details This report shows details for each event that is scheduled within the date range specified.
Social Sharing Details Report This report displays a list of clients who have shared a review, purchase, or location for your business on Facebook or Twitter.
Social Sharing Summary Report This report displays the total number of times each of your clients has shared a review, purchase, or location for your business on Facebook or Twitter.
Unpaid Visits Detailed This report shows individual unpaid visits per client per visit.
Unpaid Visits Summary This report shows which client has unpaid visits.
Visits Remaining This report shows the number of visits that remain available on all client purchase options that were created within the date range specified.
Wait List This report displays a complete list of services with wait lists during the selected date range. For more information, see Wait lists.
