Booking ahead using a pass or membership

To use a Purchase Option to book a service will take place in a future month, the duration of the membership or session pass must be longer than one month. This means that if you try to book a service for a client using a Purchase Option that does not extend to the date of the booking, the Purchase Option cannot be applied. This rule applies even if the Purchase Option is configured to automatically renew.

When you are creating a membership or session pass that will likely be used to book services in advance, we recommend applying a duration of 12 months.
