Booking multiple appointments at one time

You can book as many different Appointments as you need at the same time from your schedule.

Note If you want to book multiple occurrences of the same Appointment, referred to as “recurring appointments”, see Booking an Appointment.

To book multiple Appointments:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Schedule.
  3. If the schedule is in Calendar view, book the first Appointment, as follows:
    1. Click the time slot on the schedule for the Appointment, and then select Book an Appointment in the list.
    2. In the menu that is displayed, under Select Date & Time, ensure that the date and time are correct. If you want to change the date or time, click the Edit button and make the changes. When you are done, at the bottom of the menu, click Next.
    3. Click Select Clients. Search for and add the client that you want to book into the Appointment. If you want to specify a new client, click Add new client. Add any other clients that you want to book into this Appointment, if required, and then click Next.
    4. Click Select Location & Service. In the LOCATION list, select the location where the Appointment will take place and, in the SERVICE list, select the service that will be provided. Enter any specific service information required, and then click Next.
    5. Click Select Staff, specify the staff member who will provide the service, and then click Next.
    6. Click Select Assets, and specify any assets required for the selected service (e.g., stationary bike).
  4. If the schedule is in List view, book the first Appointment, as follows:
    1. In the top left corner of the schedule, click +Add, and then select Book an Appointment in the list.
    2. Under Select Clients, search for and add the client that you want to book into the Appointment. If you want to specify a new client, click Add new client. Add any other clients that you want to book into this Appointment, if required, and then click Next.
    3. Click Select Location & Service. In the LOCATION list, select the location where the Appointment will take place and, in the SERVICE list, select the service that will be provided. Enter any specific service information required, and then click Next.
    4. Click Select Date & Time, specify the date and time for the Appointment, and then click Next.
    5. Click Select Staff, specify the staff member who will provide the service, and then click Next.
    6. Click Select Assets, and specify any assets required for the selected service (e.g., stationary bike).
  5. When you are finished setting up the first Appointment, click +Add Appointment and configure the next Appointment, as described in step 3 or step 4, above. Do this for each Appointment you want to add.
  6. When you are finished configuring all the Appointments you want to book, click Book All.
