If you forget your WellnessLiving password, you and your staff members can reset it from the Staff Backend or the Elevate Staff App. From the Staff Backend, you can also initiate a password reset for your staff members and clients.
To keep your accounts and personal information safe, it’s important to set a strong password that contains at least eight characters, one lowercase character, one uppercase character, and one number. When you are changing or resetting their passwords, they will be automatically logged out of WellnessLiving on other devices.

To change your password:
- Click on the profile icon on the top right.
- Click Profile.
- Click Profile Details.
- Under PASSWORD, click CHANGE.
- Under OLD PASSWORD, enter your old password.
- Under PASSWORD, enter a new password.
- Under RE-ENTER PASSWORD, enter the new password again.
- Click UPDATE ACCOUNT. Your password is updated.
To reset your password:
- On the Sign In page, click Forgot password?
- Under EMAIL ADDRESS, enter the email address associated with your WellnessLiving account and click SUBMIT. An email will be sent to the provided email address within five minutes.
- From your email inbox, open the Change Password email from WellnessLiving.
- If the email does not appear in your inbox after five minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
- Click Reset Password.
- Under NEW PASSWORD, enter a new password. The password must contain at least eight characters with at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.
- Under RE-ENTER PASSWORD, enter the new password again.
- Click SUBMIT. If the password change is successful, you will be taken to the WellnessLiving website. You can now log in using your new password.
