Changing or resetting your password

If you forget your WellnessLiving password, you and your staff members can reset it from the Staff Backend or the Elevate Staff App. From the Staff Backend, you can also initiate a password reset for your staff members and clients.

To keep your accounts and personal information safe, it’s important to set a strong password that contains at least eight characters, one lowercase character, one uppercase character, and one number. When you are changing or resetting their passwords, they will be automatically logged out of WellnessLiving on other devices.

To learn how clients can change or reset their passwords, see Client Web App: Changing or resetting your password and Achieve Client App: Resetting your password.
