Check-Ins Report

The Check-Ins Report is an attendance report that displays detailed information about client check-ins to your services at your business during the selected date range.

This article describes how to view the Check-Ins Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To learn how to customize and filter the report, see Viewing a report.

    To view the Check-Ins Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    4. On the Attendance menu, click Check-Ins. The Check-Ins Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Check-Ins Report

    Heading Description
    Client The name, email, and profile image of the client who checked-in is listed in this column. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    Date The date that the client checked-in.
    Time The time that the client checked-in.
    Service Name The name of the service that the client checked-in.
    Type The method used to check the client in to a service in this column. The possible options are:

    NoteClients will not be able to check themselves in using the Self Check-In Web App unless you have enabled the appropriate Self-Check In Web App policies.

    NoteClients will not be able to check in to services themselves unless you configure your self check-in policy. For more information, see Web Applications: Client Self Check-In settings.
    Purchase Option If a Purchase Option was used to check the client into the service, the name of the Purchase Option is listed in this column.

    Advanced filters in the Check-Ins Report

    Filter Description
    Gym Visits Use this filter to determine whether to include gym visits in the report.
    Groups Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client group.
    NoteThis filter will pull any relevant information from the available fields. For example, if you filter for groups A, B, and C, the filter will find clients from group A, group B, group C, and any combination thereof, as opposed to only finding clients who belong to all three groups.
    Staff Use this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
    Start Time Range Use this filter to determine which to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the Week Use this filter to determine which to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.
    Classes Use this filter to determine which Classes to include in the report.
    Events Use this filter to determine which Events to include in the report.
    Appointments Use this filter to determine which Appointment Types to include in the report.
    Client Status Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active Purchase Option.
    Client Types Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
    Bookable Assets Use this filter to determine which BOOK-A-SPOT™ assets to include in the report.
    Locations Use this filter to determine which business location(s) to include in the report.
