Checking in with QUICK Auto Check-In

Staff members can use QUICK Auto Check-In to check a client into a booked service or gym visit directly from the search bar at the top of any WellnessLiving page if that service is the only service the client is booked into today.

To check a client into a service using the search bar, QUICK Auto Check-In must be enabled.

NoteIf a client is booked into multiple services today, you must complete the check-in from the Overview page on the client’s profile. You can only check a client into a service from the Overview page on the client’s profile if Gym Visits are set up as an available service in your business.

To check a client into a service using QUICK Auto Check-In:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. You will be directed to the client’s profile.
    • If the client is only booked into a single service today, the client will be checked in to that service automatically.
    • If the client is booked into multiple services today, you must check the client into the selected service manually.
      • Under QUICK Check-in for Today, click Check-in next to the service you want to check the client into.
        • If the client does not have a Purchase Option that can be applied to this Class, the client will be checked in to the Class unpaid.
        • If the client has a Purchase Option that can be applied to this Class, the Purchase Option will automatically be applied and the client will be checked in to the Class.
      • Under QUICK Check-in for Today, click Pay & Check-In next to the service you want to check the client into.
        1. Review the Class information and click NEXT.
        2. Decide when the client will pay for the Class:
          • To pay for the Class when the client visits:
            1. Select Pay When You Visit.
            2. Click COMPLETE. The client is checked in to the Class.
          • To pay for the Class now:
            1. Select an applicable Purchase Option to purchase to pay for the Class and click NEXT.
            2. Review the cart. Next to Discount Code, enter any discount codes and click NEXT.
            3. Select each payment method that the client wants to use (e.g., Virtual Terminal, Card Swiper, Cash). In most cases, the total payment is split between the selected payment methods equally, but you can adjust the amounts as required. If you select Gift Cards, you must enter the required code, and the amount on the gift card will be entered automatically.             4. Click COMPLETE. The client is checked in to the Class.
