Class Analysis Details Report

The Class Analysis Details Report is an attendance report that displays detailed information about Classes booked during the selected date range. This report can be used to gain a detailed picture of your Classes.

    To view the Class Analysis Details Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    4. On the Attendance menu, click Class Analysis Details. The Class Analysis Details Report is displayed.

    NoteClick the arrow button next to the number under Attended, Late Cancels, No Shows, or Pending to expand a list of clients with the corresponding attendance status. The information displayed in this list is identical to the information displayed in attendance lists.

    Headings in the Class Analysis Details Report

    Heading Description
    Service Name The name of the Class.
    Staff The staff member who is scheduled to teach this Class.
    Location The location at which the Class takes place.
    Date The date on which the Class takes place.
    Time The time at which the Class takes place.
    Attended The number of clients whose attendance status for the Class is Checked-in.
    Booked The number of Classes that have been booked for clients during the selected date range. After the scheduled time for an upcoming booked Class has passed, it will move to either the Pending, Late Cancel, No Show, or Attended column.
    Late Cancels The number of clients whose attendance status for the Class is Late Cancel.
    No Shows The number of clients whose attendance status for the class is No Show.
    Pending The number of unconfirmed clients that are expected to attend the Class during the selected date range.
    NoteThe status of the service type that is automatically assigned to clients after the scheduled time of a service has passed depends on the default status set in your business policy settings.
    Capacity The total number of spots available in the Class.
    Utilization The utilization percentage of the Class indicates how full it is. This number is calculated by dividing the number of clients who attended the Class by the total number of spots available in the Class (the number in the Capacity column). If you are using the report to view a Class that is scheduled to take place at a future date, the utilization percentage will be calculated using the number of clients who have booked the Class.

    Advanced filters in the Class Analysis Details Report

    Filter Description
    Staff Use this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
    Client Status Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active Purchase Option.
    Check-in Status Use this filter to determine whether to include check-ins, late cancels, pending check-ins, or no shows in the report.
    Start Time Range Use this filter to determine which Classes to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the Week Use this filter to determine which Classes to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.
    Classes Use this filter to determine which Classes to include in the report.
    Locations Use this filter to determine which business location(s) to include in the report.
    Client Types Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
