Class Analysis Details Report

The Class Analysis Details Report is an attendance report that displays detailed information about Classes booked during the selected date range. This report can be used to gain a detailed picture of your Classes. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

    To view the Class Analysis Details Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Reports. You can filter the list by entering Reports into the Search field.
    4. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    5. On the Attendance menu, click Class Analysis Details. The Class Analysis Details Report is displayed.

    NoteClick the arrow button next to the number under Attended, Late Cancels, No Shows, or Pending to expand a list of clients with the corresponding attendance status. The information displayed in this list is identical to the information displayed in attendance lists.

    Summary cards in the Class Analysis Details Report

    Summary cardDescription
    ServicesThe total number of Classes scheduled during the selected date range.
    Avg Visits Per ServiceThe number of Classes that were attended by clients compared to the number of Classes that were booked during the selected date range.
    AttendedThe total number of Classes that were attended by clients during the selected date range.
    BookedThe total number of Classes that have been booked during the selected date range. After the scheduled time for an upcoming Class has passed, it will move to either the Pending, Late Cancels, No Shows, or Attended summary card.
    Late CancelsThe total number of clients marked as a late cancel during the selected date range.
    PendingThe total number of clients who are expected to attend a Class during the selected date range but have not attended the Class yet.
    No ShowsThe total number of clients marked as a no show during the selected date range. No shows are clients who missed a Class without cancelling it.

    Headings in the Class Analysis Details Report

    HeadingDescription
    Service NameThe name of the Class.
    StaffThe staff member who is scheduled to teach this Class.
    LocationThe location at which the Class takes place.
    DateThe date on which the Class takes place.
    TimeThe time at which the Class takes place.
    AttendedThe number of clients whose attendance status for the Class is Checked-in.
    BookedThe number of Classes that have been booked for clients during the selected date range. After the scheduled time for an upcoming booked Class has passed, it will move to either the Pending, Late Cancel, No Show, or Attended column.
    Late CancelsThe number of clients whose attendance status for the Class is Late Cancel.
    No ShowsThe number of clients whose attendance status for the class is No Show.
    PendingThe number of unconfirmed clients that are expected to attend the Class during the selected date range.
    NoteThe status of the service type that is automatically assigned to clients after the scheduled time of a service has passed depends on the default status set in your business policy settings.
    CapacityThe total number of spots available in the Class.
    UtilizationThe utilization percentage of the Class indicates how full it is. This number is calculated by dividing the number of clients who attended the Class by the total number of spots available in the Class (the number in the Capacity column). If you are using the report to view a Class that is scheduled to take place at a future date, the utilization percentage will be calculated using the number of clients who have booked the Class.

    Advanced filters in the Class Analysis Details Report

    StaffUse this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
    Client StatusUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active purchase option.
    Check-in StatusUse this filter to determine whether to include check-ins, late cancels, pending check-ins, or no shows in the report.
    Start Time RangeUse this filter to determine which Classes to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the WeekUse this filter to determine which Classes to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.
    ClassesUse this filter to determine which classes to include in the report.
    LocationsUse this filter to determine which locations to include in the report.
    Client TypesUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
