The Class Schedule Report is an attendance report that displays details for classes that are starting and/or ending during the selected date range.This article describes how to view the Class Schedule Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To view the Class Schedule Report:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click Reports.
- On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
- On the Attendance menu, click Class Schedule. The Class Schedule Report is displayed.
Headings in the Class Schedule Report
|CLASS NAME||The name of the Class.|
|STAFF||The staff member who is scheduled to teach this Class.|
|LOCATION||The location at which the Class takes place.|
|DAY OF THE WEEK||The day of the week on which the Class takes place.|
|START DATE||The first date that this Class is set to be offered.|
|END DATE||The last date that this Class is set to be offered.|
|CAPACITY||The total number of spots available in the Class.|
|UTILIZATION||The utilization percentage of the Class indicates how full it is. This number is calculated by dividing the number of clients who attended the Class by the total number of spots available in the Class (the number in the Capacity column). If you are using the report to view a Class that is scheduled to take place at a future date, the utilization percentage will be calculated using the number of clients who have booked the Class.|
Advanced filters in the Class Schedule Report
|Time||Use this filter to determine which to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.|
|Day of the Week||Use this filter to determine which to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.|
|Classes||Use this filter to determine which Classes to include in the report.|
|Locations||Use this filter to determine which business location(s) to include in the report.|
|Staff||Use this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.|
