Client Analysis Report

The Client Analysis Report is an attendance report that displays an overview of each of your client’s attendance. With this report, you can gain a better understanding of each client’s activity and leverage that information into better, personalized marketing. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

This article describes how to view the Client Analysis Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To learn how to customize and filter the report, see Viewing a report.

    To view the Client Analysis Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Reports. You can filter the list by entering Reports into the Search field.
    4. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    5. On the Attendance menu, click Client Analysis. The Client Analysis Report is displayed.

    Summary cards in the Client Analysis Report

    Summary cardDescription
    ClientsThe total number of clients that visited your business during the selected date range.
    Avg Visits Per ClientThe total number of client visits compared to the total number of clients during the selected date range.
    AttendedThe total number of clients who attended services during the selected date range.
    BookedThe total number of clients with booked services during the selected date range. After the scheduled time for an upcoming booked service has passed, it will move to either the Late Cancels, No Shows, or Attended summary card.
    Late CancelsThe total number of clients marked as a late cancel during the selected date range.
    No ShowsThe total number of clients marked as a no show during the selected date range. No shows are clients who missed a service without cancelling it.

    Headings in the Client Analysis Report

    HeadingDescription
    ClientThis column displays the name, email, and profile image of the client. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    StatusThis column displays the client’s status at your business, based on the associated client type.
    VisitsThis column displays the number of times that the client has visited your business, booked a service, late cancelled a service, and not shown up to a booked service at your business, in that order. These numbers are affected by any date range filter on the report.
    LocationThis column displays the last location that the client visited.
    Last VisitThis column displays the last service that the client attended at one of your locations, along with the date, time, and staff member for that service. The Last Visit column is not affected by any date range filter on the report.

    Advanced filters in the Client Analysis Report

    FilterDescription
    Client StatusUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active purchase option.
    GroupsUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client group.
    NoteThis filter will pull any relevant information from the available fields. For example, if you filter for groups A, B, and C, the filter will find clients from group A, group B, group C, and any combination thereof, as opposed to only finding clients who belong to all three groups.
    LocationsUse this filter to determine which locations to include in the report.
    Start Time RangeUse this filter to determine which to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the WeekUse this filter to determine which to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.
    ClassesUse this filter to determine which classes to include in the report.
    EventsUse this filter to determine which events to include in the report.
    AppointmentsUse this filter to determine which appointment types to include in the report.
    Gym VisitsUse this filter to determine whether gym visits will be included in this report.
    Client TypesUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
    StaffUse this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
