Client profile

In WellnessLiving, a client profile is a record of a client in your business. You can use a client profile to manage a client’s personal details, purchase history, attendance history, and more.

This article outlines the sections you can see on a client profile and the actions you can take in each section.

  • If you’re a staff member in a franchise location and viewing the profile of a travel member, some sections of the client profile may not be visible, or some areas may be read-only. For more information about travel members, see Checking in a travel member.
  • Every staff member profile will also have a linked client profile. For more information, see Opening a staff member’s client profile.
