Client reviews

Your clients can post reviews about your business and give you a star-based rating via the Client Web App, Review Widget, Achieve Client App, or WellnessLiving Explorer listing. Using the review request client notification, you can also automatically send a review request to clients who attend services at your business.

Your client reviews are published on your WellnessLiving Explorer listing and on your company’s Review Widget wherever it is embedded.

If you have multiple locations, reviews will appear on the Review Widget and your WellnessLiving Explorer listing for the location the client was signed in to when they left their review.

Reviews can also be displayed on Google when potential clients search for your business or services. Comments made by your business in response to these reviews are also displayed, helping to further boost your online reputation and improve your SEO, search ranking, conversion, and branding.

NoteIf a client leaves a review with two stars or less, a WellnessLiving Administrator must approve the review before it is posted publicly.

Any review with three stars or more is visible to other users automatically.
