Client Web App: Changing your password

Clients can change their password from the Client Web App.

To learn how to reset a forgotten password, see Resetting a forgotten password.

To change your password:

  1. On the top menu, click My Profile.
  2. Click the Profile Details tab.
  3. Under PASSWORD, on the right side of the box, click Change.

  1. Under OLD PASSWORD, enter your current password.
  2. Under PASSWORD, enter a new password. The password must contain at least eight characters with at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.
  3. Under RE-ENTER PASSWORD, enter the new password again.
  4. At the bottom of the page, click UPDATE ACCOUNT.
